Refund Policy

All sales are final. In the event your item arrived damage (which we hope is never the case), we want to make it right!

Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Buyer must reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order by filling out the form under our Contact Us section. Picture of damaged item will be required to process the refund.

 

Shipping & Processing Times

Most of our items are made to order. You can find processing and shipping times under each product. Please note that with the holiday season approaching, shipping may take longer than usual. We send all of our products via USPS first class mail with tracking.

If your order includes both and in-stock items and made-to-order item, your entire order will be shipped together.
